PREORDER POLICIES
Preorder items are products that are currently not in stock and will be released at a future date. This is typically because the product is still being manufactured. We offer preorders as a way to reliably fund designs that might otherwise not be produced, and as such, ALL PREORDER SALES ARE FINAL!
In the event that a product is not fully funded during the preorder period and/or production is otherwise cancelled, full refunds will be automatically issued to all buyers. If a design is changed from the time of preorder to final release, it will be very minor and the change(s) will be publicly shared via my shop’s Instagram here.
GRADING POLICY
Although we do our best to only send out the highest quality products, because enamel pin production is a handmade process, it's difficult to achieve 100% perfection on every single pin. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they are without minor flaws and do not sell S-grade or collector’s grade” pins.
All preorder pins are mixed A/B grade, and may have a few minor flaws such as slight under fill/over fill of enamel, small air bubbles or specks, or small scuffs/scratches. These flaws are typically not very obvious or noticeable from arms length and the pin is still considered functional and visually appealing for display on bags or jackets. The back of pins will not be graded, with the exception of loose posts.
If any C/D grade pins are received from the manufacturer, e.g. those with more noticeable flaws such as missing or discolored enamel, larger scratches, etc., they will not be send for preorders. Instead, they will be sold separately later at a discounted cost.
TRADING AND RESALE POLICY
Reselling items you have purchased is allowed, but we ask that you please not buy items with the specific intent of reselling. If you are found to be buying items in excessive quantities with the intent to resell, and/or buying items with the intent to immediately resell at significantly higher cost than the initial preorder / drop price, your current and/or future orders may be cancelled and you may be blacklisted from the store.
Trading of our items is allowed and encouraged, but please be mindful when pre-trading preorder items / items that are not yet in-hand. We are not responsible for any transactions made between customers, and all trading/selling is done at your own risk.
