Shipping and delivery

PREORDER POLICIES

By preordering a product, you acknowledge that it may take several months before you receive your item. Estimated ship dates for preorders are located in the product description; these are based on direct quotes from the manufacturer, based on the size/quantity of the item, complexity of the design, etc. and are subject to change. Progress updates, including any unanticipated delays, will be communicated via my shop’s Instagram here.

Please make sure you are able to wait for the timeframe it takes from preorder to production to receiving your item before placing your order, and understand that unanticipated delays may occur.

Preorders will always be shipped prior to the sale of any in-hand stock of the sale item.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND COMBINING SHIPPING

Please submit all address change requests as soon as you are able. Once your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do and refunds/replacements will not be issued in these circumstances.

To combine multiple in-hand purchases, please contact me via email or through DM on my shop’s Instagram here. In the case of combined orders, excess shipping costs will be refunded. 

Please note that if you purchase an in-hand item(s) at the same time as a preorder item(s), the in-hand products will not ship until that preorder is completed. To avoid any delays, please purchase in-hand and preorder items separately. 

AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

Please be advised that we are unable to ship age-restricted / NSFW items to certain countries because of their laws prohibiting the import of explicit material. To protect ourselves and our customers, we have made the decision to exclude shipping to those countries. If you encounter any problems during check-out, please reach out via email or through DM on my shop’s Instagram here.
